30 Min Massage
My 30 min Massage Therapy session are ideal for specific targeted areas or conditions. For example; headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, neck and shoulder tension, shoulder injury, sciatica, back pains, leg cramps, plantar fasciitis etc. In general I can treat 1-2 areas, depending on the situation.
60 Min Massage
My 60 min Massages are great for a general full body massage, or a more in-depth treatment for chronic issues. I utilize multiple techniques to help release the muscles to help achieve your goals.
90 Min Massage
My 90 min Massage is a wonderful full body treatment. 90 min allows for great depth of work for multiple areas of the body. If you have a lot of chronic neck and shoulder, or back tension and still want a full body massage, this is for you.
Insurances?
MEDICAL
Currently medical insurance companies will only pay for Massage Therapy if it is done as a modality through a Chiropractor, or Physical Therapy office. Therefore, I DO NOT accept medical insurances.
Ohio BWC
I am a certified BWC Provider and I do accept Ohio BWC, Bureau of Worker Compensation. You must first have a C-9 filled out and approved through your MCO. Once Massage Therapy is approved for your claim, give me a call and we will begin treatment in accordance to your approved sessions. Please remember you have the right to choose who provides you with your Massage Therapy treatments. Some facilities may say it is only approved for their staff, but that is a lie. Ask your case manager.
AUTO ACCIDENT
I do accept injuries from Auto Accidents. You will need your Claim number, Insurance Company contact info, and a referral from your Dr. stating you need Massage Therapy and diagnosis codes.
